its materials consist of PVC resin, limestone powder and stabilizers, additives, which create an extremely durable core, then laminate the PVC pattern film and wear layer by the 5 rollers calendar. SPC flooring is 100% waterproof and has an extremely stability structure.

HAOBANG machinery company SPC flooring tile extrusion production line consists of screw loader, mixing unit, conical twin screw extruder, T-die mold, roll Calender, cooling bracket, edge trimming device, haul off, Servo cutter, auto stacker etc.
