We supply SPC Floor Production Machinecan produce SPC floor, PVC floor, the whole production line is one-button start, adopts SIEMENS PLC touch screen control, convenient operation, high efficiency and stability, we have different models’ machines to meet the output demand, also has 4 rollers/5 rollers/6 rollers options.
Our latest imported EIR synchronous registration system adopts advanced technology, leading the industry, easy to operate, no need to customize color film can achieve online faster and accurate, high precision and small error, accuracy reaches 1.5-2mm, and the qualified rate of finished products is more than 95%.
The products are texture clear, beautiful and generous, and the better 3D effect, prominent and realistic.
Machine models: 92/188 conical twin screw extruder
110/220 conical twin screw extruder (recommended),
SPC Floor Extrusion Line include: Extruder, T-die, Calender, cooling bracket, haul off, Cutting machine, and Auto stacker.
